Arul Arogyanathan is a seasoned technology leader with 25+ years of experience driving transformation across banking, retail, utilities, healthcare, and entertainment in the US, Asia Pacific, and the Middle East.As Group CIO of Village Roadshow, he leads technology strategy, innovation, and AI-driven solutions, focusing on agility, value optimization, and risk reduction. He has a strong track record in complex transformations, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Arul has earned industry recognition, including the 2024 CIO50 Award and Qlik’s Data and Analytics Leader of the Year.

Stéphane Masseran is Chief Procurement Officer at Ipsen and has extensive procurement leadership experience. He was named one of the top 25 procurement and supply leaders for Europe by CIPS in 2021.

Jiri is a senior procurement and vendor management expert with a passion for technology and extensive experience in IT transformation, system implementation, and process optimization. With a background spanning industries such as e-commerce, finance, and pharmaceuticals, he has successfully led international teams, optimized procurement functions, and implemented digital tools to enhance efficiency of procurement functions. His expertise includes strategic sourcing, supplier risk management, financial oversight, and driving procurement innovation through AI and automation. As a trusted advisor, he brings a data-driven and strategic approach to procurement, ensuring alignment with business objectives and long-term value creation.

Alex leads the Procurement & AP team at Greystone, a private commercial real estate finance and investment firm. With 18 years of experience in procurement and supply chain, he has specialized in building and transforming procurement operations and driving operational efficiency. Previously, Alex established and led Peloton's first procurement function during the company's rapid scaling and IPO preparation. He has also consulted for large retail and CPG brands, leading transformations of their procurement functions.

Katie leads the team responsible for sourcing foundational technology at HSBC, covering hardware, IaaS, PaaS, software, data centers, networks, and end-user devices. With seven years at HSBC, she previously held roles at NatWest Bank and Lloyds Banking Group.

Yogesh Periwal is an experienced financial executive with a robust background in finance and management. Currently serving as Chief Financial Officer at TCP Software since December 2019, Yogesh previously held the same position at RegEd from December 2015 to December 2019. Additional roles include Director of Finance at Relias Learning and Manager of Finance at Sunquest Information Systems.

Liz Thorkelson is a strategic finance and operations leader with extensive experience in scaling SaaS and technology-driven businesses. As the VP of Finance & Administration at Chain.io, she oversees financial planning, board reporting, international expansion, and HR operations, ensuring sustainable growth and operational excellence. With a background in venture-backed companies, she has successfully led budgeting, forecasting, and investor relations, playing a pivotal role in fundraising and strategic financial decision-making. Known for her ability to translate complex financial data into actionable insights, Liz is a trusted advisor to executive teams, driving efficiency and profitability. Her expertise in compliance, risk management, and corporate governance positions her as a key asset. She holds a strong passion for fostering innovation and cross-functional collaboration, making her an influential leader in finance and administration.

Sean is a strategic planner, commercial leader and digital procurement specialist with experience largely across senior positions within Financial Services, Retail Fashion, Investment, Development and Construction in UK and Australia.
