Vertice welcomes Ronny Maate as new Chief Product Officer
We are excited to announce the appointment of Ronny Maate as Vertice’s first Chief Product Officer.
As a pioneer of SaaS product innovation, Ronny will leverage her deep experience to solve more of our customers’ needs, including setting new standards for procurement orchestration and bringing greater clarity and automation to the procurement process.
Ronny brings more than two decades of product experience to her new role at Vertice. Her background includes powerhouse SaaS leadership positions, including CPO at Mesh Payments, where her team developed the leading spend and travel management purpose-built for modern global enterprises.
As VP of Product at global payments platform Payoneer, she established the product function and built cutting-edge payment solutions for both B2B and B2C products globally. Ronny also held several leadership roles at 888.com, where she was instrumental in driving product innovation and platform regulation partnerships.

Ronny joins the Vertice team hot on the heels of a number of major product innovations and growth milestones. In September 2023, we launched Cloud Cost Optimization, making Vertice the the world’s only integrated SaaS and cloud spend management platform. Earlier this year, we announced our $25 million Series B fundraise following a year of 7x revenue growth.
Ronny will be getting to work immediately on our next major product launch in the procurement automation space, which will strengthen Vertice’s position as the all–in-one platform for procurement and finance leaders.
